Client & Consulting Information
In our payments consulting and transformation work, we handle limited business-contact information (such as the names, titles, and contact details of client representatives) and any information a client provides for the purpose of an engagement. We use this information only to deliver and administer our services, and we protect it under the confidentiality and security terms of our client agreements.
Candidate Personal Information
In providing recruitment and staff-augmentation services, we collect candidate personal information such as identity and contact details, résumé and work history, qualifications, eligibility to work, references, and — only after a conditional offer and with written consent — background-check results (which may include criminal record, credit (for financial roles), education, and sanctions/watchlist screening where relevant to the role).
We use this information solely to assess suitability for, and to facilitate, engagements with our clients, and we share relevant candidate information only with the specific client for the role to which the candidate has consented.
Website Visitors
If our website collects basic technical or analytics information (such as IP address, browser type, or pages visited) through cookies or similar tools, we use it only to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and any such information is handled in accordance with this Policy.
Disclosure & Cross-Border Transfer
We disclose candidate information to the client for the relevant role and to service providers that process information on our behalf under contract (for example, our cloud provider and background-check providers). Some clients and providers are located in the United States; accordingly, personal information may be stored or accessed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We disclose this to candidates and obtain consent.
Safeguards & Retention
We protect personal information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including company-managed devices, access controls, encryption, and multi-factor authentication. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the identified purposes and applicable legal requirements, after which it is securely destroyed.
Breach Response
In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving personal information, we will respond promptly, contain and assess the breach, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (and clients) where required by law, and maintain records of breaches as required under PIPEDA.
